AMAZING! Mark and his team were a pleasure to work with. We hosted a large retail event that had a very specific brand direction. Mark was creative with his approach and the menu as well as presentation exceeded our expectations. Guests loved every item and commented on how delicious the food was all night long. I'm a firm believer that every detail counts, adding to the overall experience. Simplicity was key for our event even though there was nothing simple about the food - only healthy, beautifully presented and delicious. A week before the superbowl I decided to throw a 50 person party at my apartment. I first looked into getting it catered by an upscale market, but knew that would be mas produced and the quality would suffer. Having upscale bar food was a must for this party so I turned to Remarkable Cuisine. They were able to provide a creative menu with great pricing.
The party was a great success thanks to a variety of fresh and finger licking food. The quality and quantity were well thought out and I couldn't have asked for more...
Since then I have used Remarkable Cuisine for some smaller occasions, but I look forward to using them for a large gathering soon....

I first came into contact with Mark at a dinner party that he catered for my fiancee's sisters birthday party. The food was beyond delicious and made quite the impression on my fiancée's sister's guest and me. A month later when I was planning to propose to my fiancée, I knew I wanted to have Mark involved. He did not disappoint - Not only did Mark cater the event to perfection, he coordinated with the hotel with whom I had reserved a suite to make sure that the venue was setup exactly as I had requested. I will definitely use Mark again, and I've already reached out to him about catering our engagement party.

We just threw a dinner for 35 people in Southampton and Remarkable Cuisine was FABULOUS!!! The dinner was absolutely delicious. The menu was customized to our exact event, and Mark and his team were very easy going and delightful to work with. We received so many thank you notes mentioning how much everyone enjoyed the food. Mark, thank you so much for making our evening such a success!!!

I hired Mark for a private dinner party of 20 people. He is extremely professional.
He sent me menu ideas. He called me for some input then he planned a wonderful menu which included some dietary restrictions. Execution was amazing.
Each dish was different and delicious. My guests did not stop raving about the food.
His staff and service were wonderful. I booked Mark for my next party.

Chef Mark was great! He was created a menu that was perfect for my party and was very flexible with my suggestions. I had kids and adults and everyone really enjoyed the food. From the mac and cheese to the chicken sliders to the salmon and the apps - everything was amazing! He was really resourceful in my kitchen and didn't leave a mess, which I really appreciated. I would definitely use him again!

Mark did an amazing job in my small kitchen and his food was abundant and delicious! My guests are still talking about his pasta!! Mark accommodated some dietary restrictions with some small changes and adapted some ingredients to make the meal seasonally appropriate.
