Stir fry? Super simple:Julienne of carrot, onions, zucchini, red & yellow pepper. Enoki mushrooms, bean sprouts, and my touch of black bean noodles & Chinese sausage. Sauce? Your choice: teriyaki, sweet soy, hoisin… My preference: a gingery teriyaki/soy blend with plenty garlic.Cut all veg. Dice sausage. Blanch noodles.Brown sausage, then remove. Saute veggies lightly in sesame oil. Season w/s/p. Don’t over cook! They need texture.Add sauce. Add noodles. Return sausage to pan. Finish with been sprouts & diced scallion.
