From dual bone broth soups to pure #protein #breakfast; 5 entrees of protein with leafy, cruciferous, or root #vegetables; all #organic & antibiotic-free grass fed meats & sauces, this week consisted of everything from crab & shrimp stuffed flounder to hand-cut #ribeye #steak.
