How #today went down:Grass-fed beef shank, post sear, pre-braise. I braised these in red #wine & marrow stock w/plenty vegetables, allowing that silky sexy marrow to start to fall out & be the real sweet ending to this meal.For y'all that don't know, that marrow in the middle of that bone is pure mouth sex.
