How last night went down...Private #chef #birthday #dinner: grilled swordfish w/dill buerre blanc, truffled purple potato mash, blackened broccoli w/fresh cut corn, charred lemon.This one was special for me because the hostess wanted to treat her boyfriend to an excellent dinner but he's post chemotherapy and can't go to restaurants + has a restrictive diet. I was sure to make this beyond great, while still in home and attentive to all restrictions.
